Our Services
Schedule a 10 minute phone consultation to get your questions answered. Once completed, we will schedule your first session together.
Your first session will be between 60 to 90 minutes. This intake and assessment session will go over reasons that brought you to therapy and we will create a treatment plan together. It's like a "get to know you" session to kick things off.
Our standard sessions are between 45 to 60 minutes. You will work toward your set goals, talk openly, get guidance, and start making real changes.
Whenever you’re ready, embark on your own hero's journey as you confront personal challenges, navigate through emotional turmoil, and ultimately strive for growth, healing, and self-discovery. With your therapist serving as a guide or mentor on your transformative journey toward wholeness and resolution.
